On the rooftop of this centuries-old monastery overlooking the sea, surrounded by hundreds of candles, Lumina Trio will perform some of the most iconic works by today's greatest composers.

The program features music from Interstellar, The Intouchables, Amélie, Oppenheimer, and many more beloved films.

The gentle sound of the violin, the distant cries of seagulls, and the rhythm of the sea will come together in an unforgettable evening. Imagine the music of Interstellar performed not in a concert hall, but beneath a sky full of stars — above the sea, against the colors of the sunset and the lights of the city. As if the music were born somewhere between the sea and the sky.

This is the experience Lumina Trio invites you to share: an evening on the rooftop of a historic monastery, where hundreds of candles illuminate ancient stone walls, a gentle sea breeze accompanies Una Mattina, and an endless night sky stretches overhead.

And then, at some point, everything else quietly fades away. The ancient monastery. The sound of the waves. The flicker of hundreds of candles.

Please note: the concert takes place outdoors on the grounds of an ancient seaside monastery. It may get chilly by the sea in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or something warm in case of cool weather.

Also, please be aware that there is no bar or café on the monastery grounds.

Entrance to the monastery is from the Jaffa promenade side, not through the Old City.
