Below is the essential information regarding ticket cancellations and refunds for Soul Events performances.
Where was your ticket purchased?
The refund process depends on the platform through which you made your purchase:
Tickets purchased on our website (via the Bravo system): All cancellations and refunds are processed by the Bravo (Kupat Bravo) ticketing office. You must submit your request directly to them using the methods listed in Section 2.
Tickets purchased through other agencies or third-party services: For all refund inquiries, please contact the point of purchase directly. We do not have access to payment data or orders made through third-party platforms.
Cancellation Procedure via Bravo
According to the ticketing operator’s rules and Israeli law, a cancellation request by the customer must be submitted no later than 8 days before the event date. How to contact Bravo:
Personal Account: Log in to your profile at bravo.org.il, select the relevant order, and click "Cancel" (ביטול).
Phone: Call *3221 or 072-275-3221 (Sun–Thu: 08:00–20:00, Fri: 08:00–15:00).
Contact Form: Fill out the contact form on the Bravo website, providing your order number, name, and phone number.

Refund Terms
Cancellation Fee: For cancellations initiated by the customer, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total (or the minimum amount required by law) will be deducted.
Payment Method: Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase. The processing time depends on your credit card provider's regulations.
Alternative: You may choose to keep the full order amount as a credit (Zikuy) in your Bravo personal account to be used for future events.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer:
Bravo will notify you via email or SMS.
You will receive a full refund of the ticket price with no cancellation fees deducted.
