This autumn, Netanya will host a tribute concert celebrating the music of Sting.
Sting’s beloved songs will be performed by talented vocalist Tommer Hesseg, accompanied by a chamber ensemble featuring piano, drums, acoustic guitar, flute, and saxophone. Expect a thousand flickering candles, a spacious concert hall, and the songs you know and love.
Shape of My Heart, Englishman in New York, Fragile and other hits will come to life in carefully crafted arrangements that preserve the subtle emotion and depth of the originals.
The evening’s featured vocalist is Tommer Hesseg.
An Israeli singer and composer with a doctorate in music, he is known for his velvety voice and refined sense of style. Accompanied by talented jazz musicians, his performance promises an unforgettable experience, striking a balance between respect for the original songs and a fresh, personal interpretation.
Just imagine: the soft piano chords and tender vocals of Every Breath You Take. The interplay of flute and acoustic guitar in the Eastern melodies of Desert Rose. And the instantly recognizable saxophone in Englishman in New York — like a walk through a great city, where everyone is searching for their own rhythm.
Sting’s beloved songs, live music, and the gentle glow of candlelight — all in one evening.
These songs are familiar from the very first notes, yet in an intimate chamber setting, with heartfelt vocals, they reveal themselves in a new way. Closer, warmer — as if they were being performed just for you.
An evening filled with romance, flickering candlelight, and the beloved music of Sting.
