We invite you into a world where time dances to the sounds of live jazz. This evening, passionate, sincere, and incredibly beautiful music will transport us to the Roaring Twenties! A time when jazz was not just music, but a way of life!
Louis Armstrong said: "I don't know what jazz is. It cannot be explained, it can only be felt…"
We invite you to a concert full of the greatest hits, artistry, and improvisation. A concert where you will feel the atmosphere of the Golden Age of Jazz!
At the heart of the evening — a trio of exceptional artists:
Sophie Chudnovsky and Alexandra Chesskaya — embodiments of femininity, elegance, and velvety vocals. Roman Belov — a voice combining the lyricism and expression of jazz. They are accompanied by the golden lineup of Israel's jazz musicians, residents of the legendary Gig House club.
The evening's program features a collection of masterpieces from the "Golden Era of Jazz" in exclusive arrangements. You will hear the iconic "Cabaret" — poignant and honest, in English and Yiddish, as a tribute to the great tradition, feel the hypnotic rhythm of "Fever" and the playful "I Wanna Be Loved by You". Enjoy the harmonies in "Stars Fell on Alabama" and catch the dancing rhythm of "Hit the Road, Jack!". The great "Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien" and the triumphant chords of "New York" await you!
This event is for those who miss the real thing: live sound, genuine emotions, and the magic that is born here and now, in the spotlight.
You will be immersed in the atmosphere of the 1920s-40s, where each composition unfolds like a little performance, and the audience becomes one of the show's protagonists.
